The November 2025, Pennsylvania Supreme Court retention election is the most important election this year.

It’s a rare special election that only happens only once every 10 years and the stakes couldn’t be higher: if the Democrats on the PA Supreme Court lose this race, they will be replaced with MAGA judges who will erase blue districts, uphold an abortion ban, and greenlight voter suppression to hand PA to MAGA in 2026 and 2028.

An ad from the dark money group “Citizens for Term Limits” that just went out to hundreds of thousands, if not millions of PA voters this morning. The message urges them to “vote no” to kick the Dems off the PA Supreme Court. This group just appeared out of nowhere today, and no one knows who is funding it.

Several dark money groups like this are popping up out of nowhere in PA today, spending millions urging PA voters to oust the Dems on PA’s Supreme Court. 

Why now? The filing deadline that would allow the public to see who is funding these groups just passed on September 15. So now, MAGA billionaires are launching their assault, completely anonymous.

These dark money groups will stay anonymous until they are required to file again on Oct. 24, only a week before the election, hiding their identities from PA voters until the very last second.
