Thousands of people are getting ready to turn out in NYC and across the country for Make Billionaires Pay, part of 350.org and partners’ Draw the Line global days of action.

Here’s everything you need to know if you’re planning to join us this weekend:

Event details

WHAT: Make Billionaires Pay March
WHERE: Midtown Manhattan, Park Ave between E 46th St and E 49th St
WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 20 at 12 PM EST

The march will start on Park Ave and move past Blackstone, one of the financial institutions making our lives more expensive while profiting off the climate crisis, war and genocide.

We’ll turn left on 57th to march past Trump Tower and Billionaires Row before turning right onto Central Park West to advance toward the Trump International Hotel.

The general public should line up between 46th and 49th St on Park Ave.

What to bring

• Comfortable shoes, a refillable water bottle, and snacks
• KN95 masks if preferred
• Banners, posters, or flags to proudly represent your community

If you’re making your own sign or banner, feel free to use some of our slogans, or create one of your own!

And please remember, there are a few things you should not bring:

• No valuable items
• No sticks or poles (instead, try cardboard tubes for holding signs)
• No weapons — this is a peaceful event
