Today is International Equal Pay Day — a day dedicated to recognizing the ongoing fight for women across the globe to receive equal pay for equal work. According to the UN, the gender pay gap is still estimated at around 20% worldwide. 

We all deserve to be recognized and compensated for the work we do — and it should never be undermined simply because of our gender. 

Ruth’s List is dedicated to recruiting, training, and electing pro-choice Democratic women who will fight for women’s rights across the state. 

So, in honor of International Equal Pay Day, can you chip in $25, $50, or whatever you can today to keep our fight for an equal Florida going and help us elect more Democratic pro-choice women to office in 2026?

The fight for equal rights is ongoing — and it’s going to take all of us to make it happen.
