This hands-on seminar is designed for lawyers working to defend freedom of expression. Participants will:

Refine and discuss strategic litigation techniques
Present and develop a real case with peer and expert feedback

For successful applicants, Media Defence will provide:

✈️ Return travel from your home country to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
🚖 Travel expenses to/from airports in both countries + stipend for visa/travel insurance
🏨 Accommodation during the litigation surgery and GIJC
🍴 A per diem (rate to be confirmed) for travel days, the surgery, and GIJC
👩👩👧 Support for caregivers: a £50/day stipend (on request & subject to approval)
