One year ago, we launched Midwest Majority PAC with a clear mission: to win critically competitive congressional seats across the Midwest in an effort to ensure a majority for Democrats in Congress.
In the last year, your support of Midwest Majority PAC allowed us to:
- Elevate and support strong Democratic candidates who can win tough races
- Lay the groundwork in must-win districts across the Midwest
- Push back against Republican disinformation and extremism
One year later, that clear mission is more important than ever. With so much happening across the country on a daily basis, our promise to you is to stay hyper-focused on congressional districts in the Midwest that WILL determine the majority in Congress in 2026.
The signs of a good election cycle for Democrats are continuing to break through. In a special election in Iowa last month, we saw a fourth straight 20+ point democratic overperformance compared to 2024 in Iowa this year, with the Democrat winning the open seat and breaking the Republican super-majority in the Iowa State Senate.
These performances are no longer one-offs, but indications of a trend we are determined to see through to the midterms and beyond. But if we're going to finish what we started, we need to keep building today, tomorrow, and every single day until November 2026.
