Tonight’s Weekly Battle Report of
the international LaRouche movement highlights organizing for United
Nations Resolution 377-A, which resolution would give the UN General
Assembly the ability to override vetoes from the United States as the
UN acts to stop the genocide in Gaza.
Diane Sare gives a statement live
from the United Nations–the Schiller Institute co-organized a special
rally there to push this idea on Monday! We review some of the
fantastic roster of speakers, then watch part of LaRouche
Congressional Candidate Jose Vega’s speech to the rally.
While Diane, Jose, and others were
out there in Manhattan, LaRouche movement organizers were deployed in
other parts of the world to convey the same principled message of the
need for the UNGA to use UN Resolution 377-A to help Gaza. They also
folded in the other half of the strategic picture: that the nations of
the West abandon the collapsing system of empire and destruction, and
instead join the new paradigm for peace and development.
