If you think Ted Cruz is a bad Senator — and let’s be honest, he is one of the worst — just imagine what Ken Paxton would be like in the U.S. Senate.

This is a man who:

• Was impeached for bribery and abusing the power of his office
• Has been under indictment for securities fraud for eight years
• Filed lawsuits to overturn the 2020 election results
• Lies constantly to serve his own political ambitions

I know what real leadership, real service, and real accountability look like. Ken Paxton doesn’t have a single one of these qualities, and that’s why he’s wrong for Texas.
