In just months, Donald Trump has attacked communities across California by slashing Medicaid that millions of families, especially Latinos, rely on, raising costs with tariffs, denying disaster aid to fire victims, and arresting thousands without warrants. Now he’s coming for our democracy with a scheme to rig next year’s elections. We have to stop him.

Proposition 50, the Election Rigging Response Act, is our best hope to stop Trump. If he and MAGA Republicans can steal unchecked power for two more years, they’ll have free reign to continue with their agenda of targeting Latinos and hurting our families. Through our VOTA program, the California Democratic Party is leading the charge to engage Latino voters and meet them where they are. Alongside the CDP Chicano Latino Caucus, we’re hosting bilingual phonebanks in English and Spanish every Thursday and Sunday.
