This November, Virginia voters will decide more than just who represents them in the House of Delegates. They’ll also decide the fate of three constitutional amendments: one to protect marriage equality, one to safeguard reproductive freedom, and one to restore voting rights to people who have served their time.

But before these amendments can ever reach voters statewide, they must be approved again by the Virginia House of Delegates, and with Democrats holding just a 51–49 majority, everything is on the line. If we lose the House this fall, those amendments, and the rights they would protect, could vanish.
