It's Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes. Today, I want to leave you with a very simple message:
When Trump crosses the line, I sue him and win.
I've filed 25 lawsuits against Trump, Musk, and others in the administration. In 80 percent of these lawsuits, we have won an immediate temporary restraining order or a preliminary injunction. And I'm feeling good about winning the rest.
Every time Trump thinks he can ignore the law, every time he believes his power is unlimited, every time he puts his ego above the Constitution – I'm there to remind him that nobody is above the law.
When Trump disobeys a court order I've won against him, I drag him back to court and force the ruling to take effect. When he tries to strip away voting rights, I fight back. When he endangers Arizona communities, I take action.
I'm going to continue working as hard as I can to protect Arizonans and their families. And, sadly, that approach makes me a target for those who want to enable Trump and his allies.
My opponents have deep pockets. They can write seven-figure checks to fund their campaigns. They have the backing of corporations and special interests. But what they don't have is the trust of everyday Arizonans who know I'll keep suing Trump when he breaks the law.
