[1]NNU - Medicare for All!

In June, millions of people in cities across the country took to the
streets for No Kings Day, a nationwide day of defiance on the same day of
Donald Trump’s wasteful military parade in Washington, DC.
Many of you attended and collected petition signatures for our Fund Care
Not Billionaires campaign to oppose historic and detrimental cuts to
Medicaid, Medicare, and other federal health care programs.
This October, the No Kings Coalition is organizing another day of action,
and it’s going to be bigger than the first!

II, Keya Chatterjee, Chase Strangio, Ezra Levin, and Joel Payne about the
strategic and moral imperative behind the next No Kings mobilization.
You can also check out the [ [link removed] ]October 18th No Kings Day Event Map to see
if there’s an event near you and register to attend. The more people who
register early, the more momentum we will have going into the day.
Registering early will get you invited to trainings and prep calls leading
up to No Kings Day. New events will be added daily as they are registered.
[ [link removed] ]If you don’t see an event near you, sign up to host one. No Kings is an
international, peaceful, grassroots movement. That means that it is driven
by people just like you who decided to stand up and resist
authoritarianism. If no one has signed up to lead an event in your area,
now is your time to step forward and make a difference.
Let’s take to the streets again and remind the wanna-be
authoritarian-in-chief that, in this country, we don’t do kings.
   In solidarity,
Nurses' Campaign to Win Medicare for All
