Mises Student Circle at Cornerstone University Saturday, November 1 ([link removed])
Generation Z is in trouble. A thin job market, an escalating housing crisis, the struggle to keep up with inflation, and the constant bombardment with slop content designed to manipulate emotions and obscure what is really going on with the economy.

Why is it that the economy seems so tilted to benefit Baby Boomers at the expense of future generations? Is capitalism broken, or is the root cause something else? What is the key to a civilization that fosters advancement, prosperity, cultural sanity, and intergenerational harmony?

On Saturday, November 1, the Mises Institute will visit Cornerstone University ([link removed]) in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to shed light on these looming issues. Mises Institute Senior Fellow Alex Pollock ([link removed]) , Fellows Mark Brandly ([link removed]) and Jeffery Degner ([link removed]) , and Mises media and content producer Connor O’Keeffe ([link removed]) will address these questions and more.

Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. and the first session starts at 11:00 a.m. Lunch will be provided.

There will be networking opportunities during the lunch break and a special ceremony commemorating the Miller Library's new David Gordon collection.

The event will conclude with an optional social hour at Gravity Taphouse and Grille ([link removed]) . Appetizers and drinks will be provided.

This is a student-only event. There is no fee to attend, but prior registration is required.
