I'll start with the bad news: My campaign missed our mid-month fundraising target on Monday night.

I’m sure you can imagine how that feels: It’s like that pit of dread in your stomach when your team is down at halftime.

I’m especially concerned this month, because on Sept. 30th, we close our books for the quarter. Then we have two weeks to file a public finance report with the FEC.

Every cent we raised and spent since July 1st will become available for the whole world to see.

Our numbers should show a campaign that’s robust and growing. Otherwise, MAGA will smell chum in the water.
