In fact, while my opponent was throwing attacks from the sidelines, I was in Washington fighting against Trump’s attacks on public service and defending health care as a basic right.
Each time we see a challenger, Cook County residents overwhelmingly say at the ballot box that they like the direction Cook County is going - they know we are able to make these big accomplishments without raising their taxes and imposing fees.
