Hey there, it’s Hope Walz. 

You might have heard already, but my Dad, Tim Walz, is running for reelection as Governor of Minnesota.

I’ve always known I had kickass parents. But the older I get, the more I understand just how true that is.

I’m the reason my dad went from an A to an F rating by the NRA. After the Parkland shooting, I told my Dad that he needed to use his power as an elected official to do something — and he listened.

He signed historic gun safety measures into law in 2023. And right now, he’s calling on the Minnesota State Legislature to ban assault weapons.

He’s always shown me the value of standing up for what you believe in and sticking up for others — which is why he’s the right guy to lead Minnesota. 

He’ll keep fighting for the people being ignored or attacked by the Trump administration, lowering costs, and protecting our rights and freedoms.
