personally update you on my recovery.


I was hospitalized after a devastating car crash. We were struck by a vehicle
going what felt like 70-80 miles per hour. Had I not been wearing a seatbelt, I
would’ve been killed.


Right now, a back brace is holding my fractured spine together.


But if I could survive being arrested in the most violent jail in America, I
