Public hearing on a proposed new rule concerning annual reporting of title insurance statistical data

TDI will hold a public hearing on October 7, 2025, at 2 p.m. Central time, at the Barbara Jordan Building, Room 2.034, for public comments on a proposal to add a new rule to the Texas Title Insurance Statistical Plan related to data collection.
