What I’m going to share with you is heartbreaking, but I need you to read every word. 

 A VIOLENT THUG killed a young woman in COLD BLOOD on a subway in Charlotte. 

This young woman, Iryna Zarutska, was a refugee from Ukraine. She fled a war-torn country just to be AMBUSHED and STABBED TO DEATH here in America.

It gets even worse.

Her killer, Decarlos Brown, had been arrested FOURTEEN TIMES PRIOR:

Why wasn’t Brown behind bars? 

Because radical leftist judge Teresa Stokes let him walk, KNOWING he was violent, unstable, and ready to reoffend.
