Today is Constitution Day and right-wing Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett is headed to Philadelphia to market her new book at the National Constitution Center. 

Looming over her visit is the spectre of MAGA’s all out effort to capture Pennsylvania’s very own State Supreme Court in an obscure judicial election this November. If MAGA pulls off a win here it means Democrats never winning PA again - 19 electoral college votes gone forever. 

Justice Barrett and the sinister direction our national Supreme Court is taking the nation is the embodiment of what is at stake here in Pennsylvania this November. This is why Defend Our Courts is holding a massive rally to spoil Justice Barrett’s visit and galvanize the Democratic effort to save PA this Fall. 



We are going all out to disrupt her visit. We’ll have free food, a big brass band, special guest speakers, street puppets of Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and Putin, and other fun surprises. 

Given how massive this rally will be, it will be a great time for our organizers to recruit new volunteers, register voters, and ensure the rally's attendees know about the upcoming November 2025 Supreme Court election.
