Sir or Madam,

Last week, a cache of Hamas documents recently recovered in Gaza was declassified by the IDF. The documents detail how Hamas instructs its fighters to strategically use Gaza’s hospitals to protect and expand its terror operations, cynically exploiting civilian infrastructure.

The declassified memos further indicate that international aid groups, such as the Red Cross and Doctors Without Borders, are fully aware that Hamas operates in Gaza’s hospitals.

These aid groups working in Gaza are “complicit in a system that exploits medical facilities to shield militant operations,” yet portray themselves to be neutral actors, while concealing that they work under “Hamas’ security apparatus," watchdog group NGO Monitor reports.

For years, claims that Hamas used hospitals to shield its operations and fighters has been repeatedly ignored by the international community and media.

Now, in the latest evidence highlighting the reality of this despicable practice, Hamas itself has confirmed it’s true.

Please sign our petition to urge all Gaza aid groups to unequivocally condemn Hamas and help hold the terror group accountable for cynically exploiting civilian infrastructure and endangering innocent Gazans.

Sincerely,

AIPAC
