John, you’re probably as shocked as me. This weekend was absolutely horrifying. On Saturday, we saw Britain’s biggest ever far-right protest, with police estimating over 150,000 people in attendance and Tommy Robinson’s Unite for Britain rally. This didn’t just happen overnight. In the past year alone, we’ve watched race riots explode up and down the country. Anti-asylum rhetoric boiling over into violence, and Operation Raise the Colours mobilising people to put up flags hell bent on driving fear and division in our communities. This is not about Tommy Robinson. It’s not even about Nigel Farage or Reform. This is about far-right extremism trying to get its grip on Britain. Saturday was a wake up call. But let me be clear: there are more of us than them. More people who believe in kindness, over hostility. More people committed to creating stronger, more united communities. There are even people who attended the march – driven by fear – that we can win back - but there’s no time to lose. We must show it, John. The far right set their own record this weekend. A record we can drown out. We’re building the biggest record of hope against hate. The biggest movement of people committed to battling hate. There’s no time to lose - we will not let far right extremism win. Are you in, John?
