As the world gets crazier, so do other people!
 
In today's article, Rowan brought up a great point. She said she has noticed an uptick in people becoming more difficult, angry, and belligerent in everyday situations.
 
And it's not hard to see why - things are pretty stressful out there what with the economy and social issues.
 
But that doesn't mean we polite, non-confrontational folks need to sit there and take it. In today's article she has some great advice on dealing with bullies in our adult lives.
