There has never been a more important time in the history of our nation to accelerate education opportunity. The decision of the Supreme Court on June 30th in favor of the plaintiff in Espinoza v. Montana Department of Revenue validates a parent’s constitutionally protected right to direct the education of their children. This monumental decision affirms the right of parents to direct the education of their children across the USA, but the 37 states with “Blaine amendments” in their state constitutions will need our help to nullify their discriminatory impact on education.
