Maryland Comptroller Brooke Lierman here with an exciting announcement: I’ve filed to run for re-election as Comptroller, and I’m kicking off a statewide tour today to share news about our work reinventing this agency and to ask for your support!

I ran for Comptroller with a promise to reimagine the Office of the Comptroller not as a bean counter, but to be an advocate — for you, for your family, for your business. Every day, I have focused on building a government that works better for Marylanders, on sharing the resources of our agency to help improve outcomes and lives, and on ensuring we are building a more equitable, more resilient, and more prosperous state.
