Governor Kotek signed a wave of pro-consumer bills that help everyday Oregonians, and the importance of winning in 2026 couldn't be clearer.

While Republicans cut Medicaid and Social Security to pay for tax cuts for billionaires, Democrats are fighting for working families.

The pro-consumer bills passed by our legislative majority and signed by Governor Kotek will:

✅ Prohibit medical debt from being included on credit reports

✅ Require car dealers to outline consumers' rights in plain language

✅ Ban online sellers from hiding mandatory fees in advertised prices

✅ Lower utility costs and help low-income families and seniors pay their bill when they need assistance
