The race to keep CA-45 blue is going to be one of the most competitive races in the country. Roll Call is calling me one of the "most vulnerable" Democrats in the country, and national Republicans are already lining up millions to defeat me.

If that doesn’t sound challenging enough, we're also contending with redistricting in California.

As you know, our state is likely to redraw congressional maps in response to Texas’ scheme to deliver Trump another MAGA majority.

CA-45 could add thousands of new voters -- in communities I'll be campaigning in for the first time. I’m looking forward to the opportunity, but remember, we flipped this seat by 653 votes. This could be a total gamechanger.
