Under her proposal, states would be required to let the Department of Homeland Security and other federal agencies review voter rolls for non‑citizens, purge those “suspected” of not being U.S. citizens, and impose proof‑of‑citizenship rules that would disenfranchise millions.
They want to merge Trump’s conspiracy theories about illegal voting into law – to permanently weaken access to the ballot.
Democratic Secretaries of State are resisting at every turn – calling out the SAVE Act and the Super SAVE Act for what they are: dangerous, unconstitutional overreach.
