We lost Charlie Kirk on Wednesday,
Shot by a sick sniper’s bullet.
Charlie was just about to say,
A good word with wisdom in it. 

His well-spoken sincere words,
Have shocked the college culture.
He spoke clearly to the absurd,
With insight beyond a preacher. 

He spoke the truth with boldness,
Most college students never see.
He spoke of faith and did address,
Issues conflicting this Country.

His words were smart and well spoken,
Though he had no college degree.
His ideas called the broken,
To restore and set them free.

He said Jesus Christ did love them,
No matter what they had done.
In Christ nothing could defeat them,
In fact, the battle would be won.

To know the God of Heaven,
Is accessible on this earth,
Was a corporate revelation,
That would multiply their worth!

Forces of evil were afraid,
They would lose souls held captive.
They hired a thug to make this raid,
So, Charlie could not stay active. 

Charlie left his earthly body,
He’s now seated with The Lord.
But what he spoke to humanity,
Will go all around the world.
