National Voter Registration Day is the largest nonpartisan civic holiday in the country. Across Ohio and in every state, millions of Americans are getting ready to make their voices heard at the ballot box.

Checking your registration is especially important now. Republican Secretary of State Frank LaRose is purging 12,000 Ohioans from the voter rolls, with another 350,000 voters eligible to be removed.

We’ve launched a campaign across the state to make sure we’re re-registering every eligible purged Ohio voter before the 2026 elections. National Voter Registration Day is the perfect time to check your status and make sure you’re ready to cast your ballot.
