Hispanic Heritage Month started yesterday, and I’m taking this time to reflect on our culture, celebrate our contributions, and honor the sacrifices of those who came before us.

For me, this month is deeply personal. As a Colombian immigrant, I grew up watching my parents work hard, make sacrifices, and build a life for our family here in America. They taught me the values of resilience, perseverance, and community — values that still guide me every single day.

I am so proud to be Latina. And despite the attacks our community faces daily from the current administration, we must stick together, lift each other up, and celebrate our cultura preciosa.

Every day, my heritage reminds me why I am running for Congress. Every family, no matter where they came from, deserves the chance to succeed and thrive. And if elected, I would be proud to make history as the first Hispanic woman ever elected to Congress from Pennsylvania.

I’m humbled to have the support of organizations like BOLD PAC and Latino Victory Fund, who are committed to building Latino political power and uplifting voices like mine. But this campaign won’t be won by endorsements alone, it will be powered by grassroots supporters like you.
