John,

Right now, children across the country are heading back to school to
learn, reunite with friends and tackle new challenges. And behind the
scenes, school nutrition staff are working hard to ensure these kids
have the meals they need to thrive.

And with SNAP cuts making it harder for parents to put food on the
table at home, school meals are more important than ever. That's
why we need YOUR help to take advantage of our exclusive offer and
make a real difference.

A generous donor is MATCHING all gifts to help us support school meals
programs and the heroes who implement them, but we still haven't
been able to reach our $50,000 match goal - and our deadline is
at MIDNIGHT: Will you please make your first gift now to help provide
kids with the meals and resources they need to thrive at school? Every
dollar you give will be MATCHED and can help provide 20 meals for
kids!

Even schools with the most determined staff can struggle from a lack
of resources, John.

In rural Colquitt County, Georgia, supply chain problems and worker
shortages make it hard for the school district to provide meals to
students. Even in the more developed Fulton County area, managing
supply chain issues is the main challenge for schools.

Across the country, these challenges lead to the same disappointing
result for kids who count on school meals for their nutritional
needs.

"We get excited, they look forward to it, and then we are let
down," says Frances Montoya-Gatewood at Vaughn Next Century
Learning Center in California.

We have an exclusive opportunity to DOUBLE our support for school
heroes working to end childhood hunger. But we need your help to take
advantage of this opportunity before our midnight deadline tonight!

Please, John: Make a
MATCHED gift now to help us support school meals programs and school
staff helping us fight childhood hunger. Whatever you're able to
give, it will make a life-changing difference this school year because
even $1 can provide 20 meals for kids!
