Write to your members of Congress and urge them to cosponsor the Block the Bombs Act

Dear Friend,
Nearly two years into the genocide in Palestine, Israel has killed over 58,000 Palestinians and wounded over 139,000. Israel has forced millions of Palestinians to flee their homes across Gaza and the West Bank, created the conditions for mass starvation and killings at “aid” distribution sites, and decimated infrastructure, housing, and the environment.
And they’ve done it with more than $20 billion in U.S. taxpayer-funded weapons to Israel and over $20 billion in weapons sales since October 2023.
As Israel escalates its genocidal violence by killing and starving Palestinians, and by driving them from their homes, it’s time to turn up the pressure on Congress to Block the Bombs!
On June 5, Representatives Delia Ramirez, Sara Jacobs, Pramila Jayapal, and Mark Pocan along with 18 colleagues, publicly announced the introduction of a historic bill in Congress to do just that. And due to pressure from people like you, the bill now has over 45 cosponsors!
It’s extremely important that Members of Congress hear from their constituents right now that they oppose giving more weapons to Israel! Write to your Representative and ask them to cosponsor H.R.3565, the Block the Bombs Act.

By introducing this bill, Members of Congress are proactively trying to block the Trump administration from delivering major US weapons to Israel — bombs, tank rounds, and artillery shells — which have been used in mass killing of Palestinians in Gaza.
Polls show that the overwhelming majority of Americans want to stop the flow of these deadly weapons, and this is a historic bill — the first time ever that Congress has tried to proactively block weapons to Israel.
At Corporate Accountability, we are building a world rooted in justice where corporations answer to people — a world where every person has a safe place to live. This bill is an important step on the path to a broader arms embargo and to building a world where the U.S. government spends money on healthcare, climate action, and clean water rather than filling the coffers of weapons-makers and fueling violence globally.
Write to your member of Congress now and urge them to become a cosponsor of this legislation. This is urgent — and it’s far past time we stop sending Israel weapons.

Corporate Accountability stops transnational corporations from devastating democracy, trampling human rights, and destroying our planet. We are building a world rooted in justice where corporations answer to people, not the other way around -- a world where every person has access to clean water, healthy food, a safe place to live, and the opportunity to reach their full human potential.
