As someone who was trained by the Navy to be transparent and accountable in everything I do, that's unacceptable.

As governor, I will create a first-of-its-kind online “Report Card” so you can track state programs and contracts and see where your tax dollars are going.

Just as importantly, I’ll focus on evaluating programs and tracking outcomes — so we know if the money we’re spending is actually delivering results for families.
