Right now, the bipartisan Congressional petition to release the Epstein Files needs just one signature to move forward.
Every Democrat has signed on, plus 4 Republicans. It needs just one more Republican to get to the 218 signature threshold necessary to force a vote.
This is Maria Salazar’s big chance to listen to her constituents, who overwhelmingly want to get the truth. This is her chance to make up for her previous vote to squash the release of the files.
I’m willing to give her all the props if she adds her name to this petition, because doing the right thing isn’t political.
But I think we all know she won’t do it. I think it’s become crystal clear that she will continue to put Trump and billionaires first.
I also believe that we should continue to make our voices heard on this. That’s why my team and I put together this petition telling Salazar to release the Epstein Files. We’re going to show Salazar that our community won’t stand by while she participates in a cover up. We’re going to show her that she can’t ignore us without consequences at the ballot box.
