Asian American Action Fund Announces Additional 2026 Congressional Endorsements
Washington, D.C. — The Asian American Action Fund (AAAFund) is proud to announce its endorsement of three exceptional candidates in the 2026 election cycle: Yen Bailey for U.S. Congress in Florida’s 2nd District, Jasmeet Bains for U.S. Congress in California’s 22nd District, and Rob Bonta for reelection as California Attorney General.
Yen Bailey – Candidate for U.S. House, Florida’s 2nd District
Yen Bailey is a community advocate, entrepreneur, and proud Vietnamese American. As a small business owner and civic leader, she has dedicated herself to expanding opportunity, supporting education, and amplifying the voices of underserved communities. Her campaign for Florida’s 2nd Congressional District reflects a bold step forward for representation in a state where AAPI voices have often been overlooked.

Dr. Jasmeet Bains is a physician, legislator, and the daughter of immigrants. She is the first Sikh American woman elected to the California State Assembly, where she has championed healthcare access, fought the opioid crisis, and advanced policies to support working families. Running in California’s 22nd District, Bains is bringing her frontline experience and her commitment to equity to a competitive congressional race.
