It’s been a few months since we started this campaign, so I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself and fill you in on why I decided to run for Congress in the first place.

I’m Blake Gendebien, a second-generation dairy farmer who was born and raised right here in the North Country. If I’m being honest, I never thought about getting into politics. But for too long, I’ve seen how our region has been sold out and forgotten by career politicians, and I can’t stand on the sidelines any longer.

As a father, husband, and farm owner, I know exactly what people in our community are facing. While farms are being forced to close their doors and families are struggling to make ends meet, our leaders in Washington are doing nothing to help us get by.
