Join Grounded Solutions Network on July 8th to unpack why, when and how some programs are deferring or waiving monthly ground lease and other program fees to mitigate the economic effects of COVID-19. Targeted for practitioners, this short webinar will review the purpose and reasoning behind program fees, what to consider for fee waivers or deferral, and highlight some program’s approaches in response to COVID-19.

Training Institute Online

Our goal is to make our training courses available, accessible and affordable to as many people as possible. We have converted our most popular in-person sessions into an interactive, 2 - 4 week online curriculum. Each course will convene from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm EST.
