Right now, Democrats don’t control the House, the Senate, or the presidency. While Republicans have stacked the deck in favor of their corporate billionaire mega-donors and redrawing election maps to silence voters, the Democratic Party is powered by everyday working people.
This means that we need support from regular voters like you if we’re to stand a chance in the upcoming midterms and protect, not just our Democratic Party values, but even our most fundamental rights as Americans.

Here in New Mexico, this is especially true - the rest of the country will be counting on us to stay blue and reelect our three Congressional Representatives and Senator Ben Ray Luján. Not only that - we don’t get the attention from national groups or donors that other state parties do, so we have to get scrappy and focus on small-dollar fundraising to sustain our party. Small monthly donations are what keep us afloat and enable us to organize in all 33 counties across New Mexico. If New Mexico Democrats fall short in upcoming elections, there could be national consequences Democrats could never recover from. |
