Years of liberal, soft-on-crime policies have allowed violent repeat criminals back on our streets — endangering Arkansans and Americans.

That’s why I introduced the No Bail Post-Jail Act. 

This does something simple: It ensures that violent felons are denied bail if they’re arrested for another felony.
