I want to take a minute to explain why September is so important for our campaign.

On September 30th, we’ll hit a critical benchmark: our very first end-of-quarter fundraising deadline. After that, we’ll be required to publicly report our grassroots fundraising numbers.

It’s important for a lot of reasons, but most of all, it shows the momentum our campaign is building as we inch closer and closer to 2026.

Of all the campaigns I’ve run, this one is the most personal to me, John. It’s about ensuring Orange County families can thrive with economic opportunity, quality public resources, and leadership that brings people together. I’m running to help lead Orange County into its next era with bold leadership that lifts up every community and leaves no one behind.

But let me be honest: the road ahead won’t be easy. Running a people-power campaign means we depend on grassroots supporters like you every step of the way. But I wouldn’t have it any other way. 

I’m not here to overwhelm you with fake deadlines or constant alarms — but we do have a real goal to meet, and your support could make all the difference. So please, if you can, pitch in before tonight’s mid-month deadline ≫
