This coming November, an election that is even more important than the 2026 midterms will occur, and no one is talking about it.

In 50 days, Pennsylvanians will head to the polls to decide whether or not Pennsylvania's Supreme Court will retain its three-vote Democratic majority.

State Supreme Courts may sound parochial, but they are anything but. Losing this Democratic court majority means Republicans can make it so Democrats never win Pennsylvania, the most important swing state with 19 electoral college votes, again.

To ensure they win here, MAGA has opened up the gates of hell in Pennsylvania, pumping tens, and soon hundreds, of millions into this local race as if this were a presidential election.

This 15-second ad, which the GOP just casually put over $80k behind, with far more to follow, represents the GOP’s unprecedented push in this obscure but critical election with stakes that could kill the Democratic party as we know it.

We warned about this all Summer, and now our dire warnings are coming to fruition. Republicans are blanketing Pennsylvanians with the above ad, mailers, and door-to-door canvassers, and it will only get worse in the remaining 50 days leading up to this election.

Democrats are losing here, but it’s not too late to change that.
