Your gift to protect America’s wildest national forests will be doubled — but only until Friday.
Friend,
The Trump administration is racing to roll back the Roadless Rule, a critical protection that keeps nearly 58 million acres of national forest land safe from destructive logging, road-building, and mining.
Here’s what you need to do before September 19 at midnight:
Donate to defend the Roadless Rule.
Your gift fuels legal fights, grassroots campaigns, and powerful advocacy to stop this rollback and protect clean water, wildlife habitat, recreation, and rural communities. Make a DOUBLED gift now >>>
Submit a public comment opposing the rollback.
The administration is accepting public feedback until September 19, and your voice matters. Flood the comment period with your opposition and help show how much we value these wild places. Submit your comment now >>>
What’s at stake if we don’t act?
If the Roadless Rule is repealed, millions of acres of undeveloped national forest would be opened to industrial logging, mining, and road construction. That would mean:
Logging in old-growth forests that store massive amounts of carbon
Erosion and pollution in streams that supply clean drinking water
Destruction of habitat for endangered species
Loss of access to beloved recreation areas for hiking, fishing, and camping
Damage to Indigenous lands and disruption of cultural heritage
Once these wild places are clear-cut, mined, and fragmented by roads, there’s no going back.
