Peggy is ready to change that
Hey there, it’s Ed Markey. My friend Peggy Flanagan told me I could reach out.
It’s no secret that I’ve taken on tough fights in the US Senate — from authoring the Green New Deal to standing up for marriage equality.
But trust me: We’re in the fight of our lives right now. Donald Trump and extremist billionaires are rigging the economy against working families and ransacking our government.
You can’t win alone. Every step of the way, I’ve had the power of a progressive movement on my side.
There are too few voices in the Senate calling out corporations, fighting for working people, and taking on the status quo. More than ever, we need Democrats who have the guts to fight Donald Trump and his billionaire buddies who are selling out the middle class.
That’s why I’m proud to endorse Peggy Flanagan’s campaign for US Senate. I need her to join me in the struggle for real change in Washington – it’s important.
As an organizer and Minnesota’s Lt. Governor, she’s fought for policies that actually serve working families — and delivered on moonshot ideas like raising the minimum wage and passing paid family and medical leave.
She’s the fighter we all need in the U.S. Senate.
And she’s not just saying she’ll take on the status quo. She’s already doing it.
Peggy is refusing to accept a dime of money from big corporations and their special interests. She’s relying on folks like you and me to support her campaign in every way possible.
I know firsthand that’s not easy. So I’m asking:
