• “We are on the brink of losing our soul as a nation.... His martyrdom must be a turning point for our country,” he said.

Contributing to hate: The Daily Signal’s Tyler O’Neil called on the Southern Poverty Law Center to take Turning Point USA off its list of “hate” groups after Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

• “This isn’t the first time a shooter has targeted an organization on the ‘hate map,’” O’Neil writes. “And that map clearly contributes to the political hatred that makes events like the Kirk assassination thinkable.”
