In court, Donald Trump is losing more cases than he’s winning – and it’s no wonder why. He’s shamelessly attempting to violate the law and undermine our Constitution.

But the DGA and governors across the country aren’t just standing by while he comes for our elections. We’re fighting back. But before I explain, will you chip in $3, $6, or whatever you can right now? We can’t do this work without you – and all gifts will be matched up to the DGA’s $100,000 Mid-Month goal, but only until midnight tomorrow.

John, Donald Trump may think he’s above the law, but Dem Govs are taking him to court to prove him wrong:

When Donald Trump tried to withhold funding for school children in Maine, Janet Mills sued – and beat him in court.
When Trump tried to overstep his power and deploy the National Guard in California, Gavin Newsom sued.
And when Trump signed an Executive Order to attack our elections and make it harder to vote, the DGA sued.
The DGA is not backing down from Donald Trump’s attacks on voting rights. Governors all across the country are doing everything in their power to hold Trump accountable. When he attacks, Dem govs are suing – and they’re winning.

But this won’t be the president’s last attempt to tear down our democracy – not by a longshot.

So today, I’m asking personally before our critical midmonth deadline: John, will you chip in $3 to help support the DGA’s work as we hold Trump accountable? This grassroots team is working hard to elect even more Democratic governors to keep Trump in check, but we can’t do it without your help.
