I'm proud to have pushed the Trump administration to get us answers on how special education students will be protected after Trump's drastic cuts to the Department of Education.

By completely shuttering the Department of Education, the Trump administration is causing immense harm to all students – but especially students with disabilities who, along with their families, rely on federal funding for support and educational programs.

All children deserve equal access to educational opportunities, and I am committed to ensuring that's the case.
