Dear John,

Get ready for an incredible week of movement and brain health! We are beyond grateful to have five master teachers contributing their time and expertise to Movement Week, and we want to take a moment to introduce them:

  • Jill Miller, C-IAYT, ERYT (Monday, September 15): With more than 30 years of study in anatomy and movement, she is a pioneer in forging relevant links between the worlds of fitness, yoga, massage, athletics, and pain management and the creator of Tune Up Fitness®. Jill will help you find relief from aches and pains and improve your mobility.

  • Alicia Elorza, ACE, AFAA (Tuesday, September 16): A passionate fitness and dance instructor dedicated to helping people move with energy, joy, and confidence. During Latin Zumba, Alicia will introduce a groovy way to boost your cardiovascular health, improve coordination, and lift your mood.

  • Taylor Temnick, Ed.D, LAT, ACT, CES, RYT (Wednesday, September 17): A wellness director and athletic trainer, Taylor will lead a session on Meditation in Motion, combining mindfulness with movement - enhancing your mind-muscle connection through awareness and breathing to improve strength and vitality.

  • Lana Gelb, MS, BLS (Thursday, September 18): An Ageless Grace® Trainer and exercise physiologist, Lana will share a fun, simple approach to activating brain function through full-body movement to create an uplifting workout experience that’s as fun as it is effective.

  • Anna Aldrete Springer, NASM, INHC, C-IAYT, BLS (Friday, September 19): A certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, Anna is dedicated to helping others "own their body" and achieve resilient health. Anna will guide you through a Strength Training class designed specifically for older adults.

These amazing teachers are passionate about helping you live a healthier, more vibrant life. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from the best in the field.

Even if you can't attend, register and you will receive the recordings.

We can't wait to see you tomorrow at our virtual Movement Week, September 15 - 19, at 9 am PT / 12 pm ET.

Yours in Brain Health,
