I’m here at the Polk County Steak Fry — one of Iowa’s biggest political events of the year — and I wanted to reach out before I go onstage.

Right now, Democrats from all across the state are coming together with one shared goal: Defeating Republicans up and down the ballot next November.

People are coming together because they’re frustrated about the games politicians like Zach Nunn are playing with our families and futures.

And I want to walk off the stage with as much momentum as possible to defeat Zach Nunn, flip IA-03, and take back a Democratic House Majority. So, can I count on you to chip in $7 to help fuel my fight?

The Steak Fry has always been one of my favorite events. It’s where I get to meet voters face-to-face, listen, and connect with Iowans across the district. And I’m hearing the same things over and over again: People are ready for change.

They’re fed up with Zach Nunn’s attacks on our healthcare, his neglect of our veterans, and him sitting back while our bills get more expensive.

That’s why I decided to run for Congress in the first place. I believe that Iowa deserves real leadership in Washington, and I promise to be the fighter you can actually count on.

But here’s the thing: It takes a lot of resources to take on Zach Nunn’s corporate cash and build the momentum we need to win next November. That’s why hitting our $25,000 mid-month fundraising goal is so important.
