The tragic assassination of our friend Charlie Kirk has shaken us, but we are called to rise to the occasion, not the provocation. As Thomas Paine said, “If there must be trouble, let it come in my day, so my children may live in peace.” We must meet this moment in our country with unwavering resolve.
Heritage Action is leading the fight to take back America, and we welcome this challenge with a smile on our faces because we love America. It is a privilege to fight for our country and secure a peaceful future for generations to come.

Remembering Charlie Kirk
This past week, Turning Point USA’s founder Charlie Kirk was horrifically assassinated while speaking at Utah Valley University. Heritage Action extends our deepest condolences to the Kirk family for their unimaginable loss.
Charlie was a loving husband, a committed father, and a central pillar of the modern-day conservative movement. He was a man committed to discourse, to his faith, and to advancing the policies that make our nation great — particularly amongst college students.
His leadership successfully mobilized and empowered thousands of young conservatives nationwide, helping to raise up the next generation of our movement. As a man of deep personal faith in Jesus Christ, his faith was at the foundation of all he did. He was a man dedicated to living each day for God and country.
As Heritage Action President Dr. Kevin Roberts stated <[link removed]>: “We must never, never, never, never, never, never stop fighting to build the America that he helped make possible. He restored optimism about the American future for millions of Americans. His legacy will never fade.”
What Comes Next?
Now in the aftermath of this horrific tragedy, many conservatives are asking the same question — what comes next?
Future generations of American citizens are counting on us to meet this moment. This week’s tragedy reminds us that we are battling for the soul of this nation. We are in an ideological war for America. Marxist ideas have permeated our institutions and the minds of far too many Americans. Some have replaced faith with political power, meaning that any attempt to reform their policies is perceived as a personal attack.
Charlie understood well that saving our country starts with a commitment to faith and restoring the family as a staple of American society. He did not start the movement, and his death will not be its end. Moving forward, we at Heritage Action are more dedicated than ever. The long-awaited American Revival starts now.
We will never stop fighting, and we will never give up the fight to take back America.
