Our Supreme Court is broken.

While our courts are supposed to be independent and fair, Brett Kavanaugh and the other Republican-appointed justices too often put politics ahead of the law so they can enact a partisan agenda.

Our democracy and our rights are at risk. Right-wing justices time and again prioritize partisan interests over our democratic values. They put loyalty to Trump and McConnell above the law, rubber stamping Trump’s worst policies and guarding him from accountability.
